Bandolier style bag sewn from rectangular piece of commercial black print cloth that is folded in half and sewn along sides to form large bag; Edges and top of bag are trimmed with black velvet strips and finally edged with red bias strips; Front of pocket is completely covered with loom-woven beaded panel with network of concentric diamonds, crosses, and triangles in pink, blues, red, yellow, green, and grape on white background; Panel also includes 12 short beaded tabs at bottom that terminate in short beaded fringes and red yarn pompoms; Beaded panel is also framed on 3 sides by delicate network of yellow beads; Wide carrying strap sewn from additional black print fabric on back and black velvet on front is decorated with loom-woven beaded panel with two different patterns of concentric diamonds, framed by delicate network of pink beadwork. |
