From BRL 1982: "Table Knife, circa 1800-1820, probably England (Sheffield). Bulbous end ridge back blade. Fancy carved or molded black buffalo horn handle, silver ferrule and cap. Iron bolster. Blade stamped ‘GB’ - mark unknown. Exceptional piece." |
