| Comments | Illustration on pl. 147, figs. 1, 4. Originally (Schmidt 1890, ref. 012467), this taxon included specimens illustrated on pl. 147, fig. 1-4. Grove in Schmidt 1890, expl. pl. 153 (ref. 012468) attributed figs. 2, and 3 to a new taxon: A. ehrenbergii var. deficiens Grove), leaving figs. 1 and 4 for A. ehrenbergii var. oamaruensis. Subsequently Brown 1933 (ref. 000172), included in A. oamaruensis (Schmidt) Brown, figs. 1, 3-4 of plate 147 (but not fig. 2 that he included with A. deficiens). | ||
