Diagnosis
This species has a long, narrow anal lobe near the base of the forewing. There is a narrow curved dark line behind the pterostigma of both wings. The costal crossveins are widely spaced and costal cells are twice as long as wide. This species looks much like Paramoeridops navasi but the dark lines behind the pterostigma extend farther posteriorly, and the costal cells are wider.

Type Locality
Holotype of A. augur is West Madagascar: S. Hildebrandt, 1 female.
Lectotype of B. cuenoti is Madagascar: Toamasina Province, Périnet, 12.3.1932, 1 female.
Geographical Distribution
This species is endemic to Madagascar and appears to be found infrequently in the eastern half of the country.
Temporal Distribution
November to December and March to April. Although the number of records is small, available data indicates that there may be two broods per year.
Elevation
150 to 1680 m.
Remarks
The type specimen is in poor condition. It has been partly destroyed by dermestids and both antennae are missing. The right fore- and hind wings have been partially broken off.
