Diagnosis
Brinckochrysa superficially resembles Chrysoperla in their relatively small size and narrow wings with widely spaced costal crossveins. However, males are very distinctive. The sternites 8 and 9 are very short and overlapped by a greatly expanded ventrolateral margin of the ectoprocts. The entoprocesses are often elongate and appear to be claspers enfolded by the ventrolateral margins of the ectoprocts. All species have stridulatory organs on the second abdominal segment.
I have seen no good description of this species.
