Diagnosis
The wings of this species are much like those of Semidalis, except that in the hindwing the m-cu crossvein joins the stem of m, rather than the branch m3+4.

Geographical Distribution
No species of Parasemidalis are known from subsaharan Africa. This species is only known from Andohaela National Park in southern Toliara Province.
Temporal Distribution
January, March, and May.

60 m.
Remarks
There is a possibility that this is an introduced species.
