Warty Stripe-legged frog, Phlyctimantis verrucosus

Family Hyperoliidae. P. verrucosus has a distinctive "quoick" or "boink" call similar to its close relatives in the genus Kassina. Males call from offshore in ponds or from tree branches up to 3 meters above the ground.

Habitat: densely vegetated, swampy areas at middle and lower elevations of the forest.

Range: Uganda west to central Congo
