Two specimens among the types are identifiable as Barbus lineomaculatus Boulenger 1903 (Lévêque & Daget 1984:261 [ref. 6186]). •Valid as Barbus urostigma Boulenger 1917 -- (Lévêque & Daget 1984:295 [ref. 6186]). •Valid as Enteromius urostigma (Boulenger 1917) -- (Yang et al. 2015:112 [ref. 33694], Hayes & Armbruster 2017:356 [ref. 35417]).
