Neotype: FMNH 125572. Paratypes: (30, CM and IU) CAS 44292-93 [ex IU 12696-97] (6, 4); FMNH 56050-51 (6, 4), 69554 (9, now 7, one lost); USNM 79209 (2). Type catalog: Henn 1928:68 [ref. 12305], Ibarra & Stewart 1987:39 [ref. 12367]. Holotype FMNH 56049 lost.
