Distribution: Indo-West Pacific: East Africa (Mozambique, Tanzania), Seychelles, Aldabra (Seychelles), Comoros, Madagascar and Mascarenes (Mauritius) east to Samoa, north to Ryukyu Islands (Japan), south to northern Australia and Fiji. Habitat: marine.
