Holotype: WAM P.25815-020. Paratypes: WAM P.25793-003 (6), P.26071-013 (1), P.26085-015 (1), P.26092-023 (2), P.27459-006 (1), P.27581-001 (1), P.28024-009 (1). Not BPBM (3 lots) and AMS. Type catalog: Hutchins & Smith 1991:24 [ref. 19335], Moore et al. 2008:26 [ref. 30117].
