Paratypes: CAS-SU 23332 (13). Type catalog: Böhlke 1953:87 [ref. 12291]. •Synonym of Thalassoma duperrey (Quoy & Gaimard 1824) -- (Parenti & Randall 2000:45 [ref. 24943], Mundy 2005:447 [ref. 28379]). Current status: Synonym of Thalassoma duperrey (Quoy & Gaimard 1824). Labridae. Habitat: marine.
