Collecting Event Remarks |
Water Temp. = 23 C. Fish collected from 200 m of stream length. Specimens of G. aculeatus came primarily from stream margins and side streams. A garter snake, 25 cm long, was seen in water; when caputured both pelvic spines and 2 dorsal spines were protruding from its neck (possibly due to my capture). Also caugth Gila orcutti, Gambusia affinis, Pimephales promelas, Lepomis, sp., and Catostomus sp. |
