m, f, juveniles. Fixed in 10% buffered (dolomite) formalin ~1 month. |
Collecting Event Remarks |
Water Temp. = 24.5 C. Edge of large pool at mouth - 30 m by 100 m. Garter snake was seen apparently hunting in reeds. Large sandbar blocks the mouth. Open sandy bottom. Fish [Gasterosteus aculeatus] very silvery below lateral line. Sample made in less than 10 seine hauls. |
