Collecting Event Remarks |
Water temp. = 15 C. This is the 2000 sample from Loberg Lake at my 5 usual stations. See map for locations and station letters. Stickleback schools in shallows. Loon seen eating stickleback, kingfisher diving. Grebe present. Traps pulled on 11 June between 2:00 and 5:00 pm. Male and female 2+ reproductives fairly abundant in all samples except 1C and traps to left of boat ramp at 1A. Numerous stickleback at contact between thick live Chara and much near shore. When I rowed over to them, they fled in large groups toward shore. Completes still present. |
