Georef. Remarks | All of these specimens described by Meek in his 1904 publication of the Field Museum (Freshwater Fishes of Mexico...). On page xxix, he writes "... a small collection received in June from Mr. H. Douglas, conductor on International Railroad." This locality is the only one relatively close to a railroad (6 km./3.85 mi.) (all 3 other localities with similar names had no railroad nearby). Uncertainty radius includes nearby streams. |
