m, f, juveniles. Fixed in 10% buffered (dolomite) formalin ~1 month. |
Collecting Event Remarks |
Water temp. = 13 C. Twenty-five Gasterosteus aculeatus preseveve in ethanol for DNA, 35 for parasites and DNA, and 200 in formalin for Windsor E. Aguirre. Reset traps on 10 June 2011, caught 135 sexually mature Gasterosteus aculeatus for James Willacker, and fixed about 50 in formalin. |
