m, f, juveniles. Fixed in 10% buffered (dolomite) formalin ~1 month. |
Collecting Event Remarks |
Water Temp. = 17.0 C. This station is in a section where the stream is cutting through alluvium to depth of 6 m. Cave-ins form pools in which fish collected. Many gravid-looking sticklebacks with slight nuptial coloration. One side is riparian woodland, other an open field. Very few small sticklebacks here. Some [Gasterosteus aculeatus] males with nuptial coloration. Also caught Gila sp and Cottus sp. |
