m, f, juveniles. Fixed in 10% buffered (dolomite) formalin ~1 month. |
Collecting Event Remarks |
Water temp. = 14.5 C. Traps were set along eastern shore of the creek just behind the beach. Nothing seen, but it looks like good stickleback habitat. Traps pulled 754 hr on 27 May. Species present are: Gasterosteus aculeatus (anadromous), Lampetra sp, Leptocottus armatus, Gasterosteus aculeatus (resident), Catostomus catostomus. None of the threespine stickleback was very sexually mature. |
