The Departamento Nacional de Infra-estrutura de Transportes (National Department of Transport Infraestructure) mentioned that is located in the km 1332 between the towns of Miracema and Peixe, specifically between Cachoeira do Lajeado and Cachoeira dos Pilġes (http://www1.dnit.gov.br/hidrovias/obras.htm).
