Most fish were seined from below floating filamentous algae, near the inlet were there is some current. The minnows (20) and sculpin (2) came from the stream. A wide range of body sizes, down to very young fry were picked out of the seined algae, and there were some nuptial males, but no gravid females. Also, lots of small fish, down to 2 cm had a bit of red on the chin.
