Enoplosus white Lacepède is an unneeded substitute for Chaetodon armatus White. •Valid as Enoplosus Lacepède 1802 -- (Gomon et al. 1994:627 [ref. 22532], Allen et al. 2006:1310 [ref. 29090], Gomon 2008:610 [ref. 30616]).
