Described as a living fossil euconodont, in a new class, family, genus and species. According to C. F. Kammerer (pers. comm. 7/30/2002), this is a damaged specimen probably of the genus Cyclothone! •Synonymy of Cyclothone pseudopallida Mukhacheva 1964 -- (Parin et al. 2014:144 [ref. 33547]).
