Negambassis Whitley 1935 is an unneeded replacement, apparently not preoccupied by Tetracentron Brauer 1865 (see Schultz 1945:117, footnote [ref. 3962]). •Valid as Tetracentrum Macleay 1883 -- (Allen & Burgess 1990:194 [ref. 15712], Allen 1991:119 [ref. 21090]). Current status: Valid as Tetracentrum Macleay 1883. Ambassidae. |
