Perhaps (on p. 105) just a misspelling for Teuthis Linnaeus as used by Goüan on p. 163 where the description of Theutys would have appeared. •Synonym of Acanthurus Forsskål 1775 -- (Desoutter 1973:455 [ref. 7203]). Current status: Synonym of Acanthurus Forsskål 1775. Acanthuridae.
