Current status: Valid as Anostomoides atrianalis Pellegrin 1909. Anostomidae. Distribution: South America: Orinoco River basin (Venezuela); Essequibo River basin (Guyana); Amazonas River basin (Bolovia, Brazil, Colombia and Peru). Habitat: freshwater.

Current status: Synonym of Anostomoides atrianalis Pellegrin 1909. Anostomidae. Distribution: Essequibo, Orinoco, and Solimões River basins: Brazil, Colombia, Bolivia, Guyana and Venezuela [if valid]. Habitat: freshwater.
