Paratypes: ZSI FF2193-94 (2). •Treated as a synonym of the preoccupied species Chagunius nicholsi (Myers 1924) -- (Talwar & Jhingran 1991:168 [ref. 20764]). •Synonym of Chagunius nicholsi (Myers 1924) -- (Kottelat 2013:86 [ref. 32989]).
