Type catalog: Böhlke 1953:33 [ref. 12291], Gilbert 1978:90 [ref. 7042], Gilbert 1998:167 [ref. 23395]. Use of "One of the typical examples" not sufficient to establish holotype, contrary to Gilbert 1978.
