Subjectively invalid; apparently secondarily preoccupied in Glyptosternon by Glyptosternum gracile Günther 1864. •Synonym of Glyptosternon reticulatum McClelland 1842 -- (Berg 1949:921 [ref. 20661] as Glyptosternum, Thomson & Page 2006:70 [ref. 28859], Ferraris 2007:387 [ref. 29155]). •Synonym of Glyptosternon oschanini (Herzenstein 1889) -- (Thoni et al. 2017:441 [ref. 35365]). 2°Homonym.
