Additional specimens: (4). •Valid as Pseudopungtungia nigra Mori 1935 -- (Kim 1997:197 [ref. 24032], Kim & Park 2002:99 [ref. 25913], Choi et al. 2003:158, 508 [ref. 26218]). Current status: Valid as Pseudopungtungia nigra Mori 1935. Gobionidae. Distribution: Korea. Habitat: freshwater.

tenuicorpus, Pseudopungtungia Jeon [S.-R.] & Choi [K.-C.] 1980:41, Pl. (fig. 1) [Korean Journal of Zoology v. 23 (no. 1); ref. 8709] Juchon River of Namhan River system, tributary of South Han River, Anheung Myeon, Hoengseong Gun, Gangwon Do, South Korea. Holotype: EWNHM 80201 [ex SMU 2011 [ex KIFB 7801] ]. Paratypes: EWNHM 80202 [ex SMU 2012 and ex KIFB 7804] (2), 90203 [ex SMU 2013 and ex KIFB 7802]; KIFB 7803 (1), 7805-09 (5). Type catalog: Jeon 2001:89 [ref. 25360]. •Valid as Pseudopungtungia tenuicorpus Jeon & Choi 1980 -- (Naseka 1996:153 [ref. 22943], Kim 1997:199 [ref. 24032] as tenuicorpa, Kim & Park 2002:102 [ref. 25913] as tenuicorpa, Choi et al. 2003:158, 507 [ref. 26218], Jang et al. 2003:119 [ref. 27681]). Current status: Valid as Pseudopungtungia tenuicorpus Jeon & Choi 1980. Gobionidae. Distribution: Korea. Habitat: freshwater.
