Appeared as Sinibrama wui typus (Rendahl); perhaps not intended as new but as the typical subspecies (correctly wui wui (Rendahl) to contrast with wui polylepis). •Uncertain as Sinibrama typus Yih & Wu 1964 -- (Kottelat 2013:163 [ref. 32989]). •Synonym of Sinibrama macrops (Günther 1868) -- (Guo 2021:133 [ref. 38617]).
