Name apparently should be rhacina when in Lotella, based on "Gadum rhacinum" as used by Forster and Gadus rhacinus on p. xxvii. •Synonym of Lotella rhacina (Forster 1801) -- (Paulin 1983:98 [ref. 5459] as rhacinus, Paxton et al. 1989:301 [ref. 12442] as rhacinus, Gomon et al. 1994:331 [ref. 22532], Paxton et al. 2006:613 [ref. 28995]). Current status: Synonym of Lotella rhacina (Forster 1801). Moridae. Habitat: marine.
