Current status: Valid as Nudiantennarius subteres (Smith & Radcliffe 1912). Antennariidae. Distribution: Eastern Indian Ocean, western Pacific: Bali (Indonesia) east to Maluku (Indonesia) and Philippines, north to southern Japan. Habitat: marine.
