intermittens, Aphyosemion mirabile Radda [A. C.] 1974:197 [Jahrbuch des Naturhistorischen Museums, Bern v. 5; ref. 7461] Small river 6 kilometers south of Bakebe, on the road from Mamfe to Manyemen, 5°32'N, 9°29'E, western Cameroon. Holotype: NMW 74941 (1 of 3). Paratypes: (6) NMBE 79/1974 (1), NMW 74941 (2 of 3). •Synonym of Fundulopanchax mirabilis (Radda 1970), subspecies moensis (Radda 1970) -- (Wildekamp 1996:187 [ref. 23649]). •Synonym of Fundulopanchax mirabilis (Radda 1970), but a valid subspecies as described -- (Lazara 2001:132 [ref. 25711]). •Valid as Fundulopanchax intermittens (Radda 1974) -- (Berkenkamp 2003:55 [ref. 27548], van der Zee et al. 2007:125 [ref. 30034]). Current status: Valid as Fundulopanchax intermittens (Radda 1974). Nothobranchiidae. Distribution: West-central Africa: Cameroon. Habitat: freshwater.
