Type catalog: Hoedeman 1960:213 [ref. 19258], Nijssen et al. 1982:73 [ref. 19236]. Lectotype designated by Hoedeman 1960:213 [ref. 19258]. •Valid as Glossolepis incisus Weber 1907 -- (Allen & Cross 1982:97 [ref. 6251], Allen 1991:79 [ref. 21090]). Current status: Valid as Glossolepis incisus Weber 1907. Melanotaeniidae. Distribution: Lake Sentani, Irian Jaya. Habitat: freshwater.
