Plate not seen, apparently not published. Correct spelling apparently is palpebratum when in Photoblepharon. Current status: Valid as Photoblepharon palpebratum (Boddaert 1781). Anomalopidae. Distribution: Eastern Indian Ocean, western Pacific: Christmas Island (Australia), Indonesia and Philippines east to Marshall Islands and Rarotonga (Cook Islands), north to Ryukyu Islands (Japan), south to Queensland (Australia). Habitat: marine.
