Tab. 1, p. 28 [ref. 42574]). Current status: Valid as Emblemaria nivipes Jordan & Gilbert 1883. Chaenopsidae. Distribution: Eastern Pacific: Pacific coast of southern Baja California Sur (Mexico); Cocos Island (Costa Rica); Panama south to Colombia. IUCN (2010): Data Deficient. Habitat: marine.
