Holotype (unique): SAIAB [formerly RUSI] 158. •Valid as Draculo celetus (Smith 1963) -- (Christensen 1977:145 [ref. 20987], Fricke 1982:70 [ref. 5432], Fricke 1983:531 [ref. 8349], Fricke 1986:772 [ref. 5653], Fricke 2002:49 [ref. 26547], Fricke et al. 2014:9 [ref. 33442], Fricke & Anderson 2022:461 [ref. 39659]). Current status: Valid as Draculo celetus (Smith 1963). Callionymidae. Distribution: Southwestern Indian Ocean: False Bay (South Africa) north to Inhaca Island (Mozambique). Habitat: marine.
