Current status: Valid as Neolumpenus unocellatus Miki, Kanamaru & Amaoka 1987. Lumpenidae. Distribution: Western North Pacific: known from one specimen, found in stomach of Gadus macrocephalus collected off the Pacific coast of northern Hokkaido. Habitat: marine.
