Here regarded as a non-binominal work. Goto 2001:83 [ref. 25912] argues that the index is consistently binominal and that Squalus varius is thereby available (Art. 11.4.3 of the Code); however we conclude that the index is not consistently binominal. and that names proposed in this work are not available.
