Therefore an unneeded replacement name. •Objective synonym of Hydrolagus purpurescens (Gilbert 1905) -- (Didier 1995:15 [ref. 22713], Mundy 2005:86 [ref. 28379], Dyldin 2015:78 [ref. 34524]).
