Eschmeyer et al. 1998:1521 [Cat. of Fishes] recognized RUSI as the primary specimen, but 3 localities were mentioned, and the maximum size given was much larger that RUSI 106 -- therefore syntypes. Böhlke & Smith 2002:146 [ref. 26380] treated RUSI 106 as the holotype.
