Paratypes: CAS 62376 [ex IU 11709] (2). Type catalog: Henn 1928:56 [ref. 12305], Ibarra & Stewart 1987:68 [ref. 12367]. •Valid as Poecilobrycon harrisoni Eigenmann 1909 -- (Weitzman 1966:12 [ref. 12368]). •Valid as Nannostomus harrisoni (Eigenmann 1909) -- (Weitzman & Cobb 1975:11 [ref. 7134], Weitzman & Weitzman in Reis et al. 2003:244 [ref. 27061], Zarske 2011:293 [ref. 31670], DoNascimiento et al. 2017:45 [ref. 35633], Marinho 2024:387 [ref. 40817]). Current status: Valid as Nannostomus harrisoni (Eigenmann 1909). Lebiasinidae: Pyrrhulininae. Distribution: South America: Demerara and Orinoco River basins, Guyana, Venezuela and Colombia. Habitat: freshwater.
