H.)] 1868:264 [Monatsberichte der Königlichen Preussischen Akademie der Wissenschaften zu Berlin 1868; ref. 3442] Lake Buhi and Lake Batu, Kolabos and Lebmanan brooks, Albay Province Luzon Island, Philippines. Syntypes: (several) ?BMNH 1868.7.10.? (4); ZMB 6700 (11), 6702-03 (8, 4) Batu, 6737-38 (2) Buhi. •Valid as Redigobius dispar (Peters 1868) -- (Kottelat et al. 1993:151 [ref. 23448], Larson 2001:207 [ref. 25522], Larson 2010:150 [ref. 30783], Kottelat 2013:423 [ref. 32989], Parenti 2021:351 [ref. 38603], Jamandre 2023:169 [ref. 40455]). Current status: Valid as Redigobius dispar (Peters 1868). Oxudercidae: Gobionellinae. Distribution: Southeast Asia: Philippines. Habitat: freshwater.
