jaklesii, Cobitis Bleeker [P.] 1852:604 [Natuurkundig Tijdschrift voor Nederlandsch Indië v. 3 (no. 4); ref. 334] Pajacombo, Sumatra, Indonesia. Lectotype: RMNH 7055. Paralectotypes: RMNH 8949 (2). Bleeker specimens: BMNH 1866.5.2.60 (1). Lectotype selected by Alfred 1961:33 [ref. 20552]. •Mention, status still not clear -- (Tan & Kottelat 2009:52, 56 [ref. 30261]). •Possibly valid, in Nemacheilus -- (Hadiaty & Siebert 2001:186 [ref. 25685], Kottelat 2012:91 [ref. 32367], Kottelat 2013:201 [ref. 32989]). Current status: Uncertain as Nemacheilus jaklesii (Bleeker 1852). Nemacheilidae. Distribution: Sumatra, Indonesia. Habitat: freshwater.
