Current status: Valid as Triplophysa papillosolabiata (Kessler 1879). Nemacheilidae. Distribution: East Asia: Shiyang, Hei and Shule River drainages, Tarim-Yarkland River system, Hexi Corridor, Xinjiang, China. Habitat: freshwater.
