Holotype: SMF 23176. Paratypes: BMNH 1989.10.11.1 (1); BPBM 28867 (8); SMF 23177 (5). Non-types: BPBM 17787 (1), 7888 (3); SAIAB [formerly RUSI] 26175 (1).
