hulensis, Mirogrex terraesanctae Goren [M.], Fishelson [L.] & Trewavas [E.] 1973:310, Fig. 11 [Bulletin of the British Museum (Natural History) Zoology v. 24 (no. 6); ref. 1853] Lake Huleh, Israel, about 33°08'N, 35°37'E. Holotype: BMNH 1936.4.6.20. Paratypes: BMNH 1936.4.21-26 (6), TAU [= SMNHTAU] 3007-3011 (5), plus non-type material. •Valid as Mirogrex terraesanctae (Steinitz 1952), but a valid subspecies as described -- (Goren 1974:75 [ref. 7502]). •Valid as Acanthobrama hulensis (Goren, Fishelson & Trewavas 1973) -- (Krupp & Schneider 1989:354 [ref. 13651]). •Valid as Mirogrex hulensis Goren, Fishelson & Trewavas 1973 -- (personal communication, M. Goren, 12 Nov. 2014). Current status: Valid as Mirogrex hulensis Goren, Fishelson & Trewavas 1973. Leuciscidae: Leuciscinae. Distribution: Israel (extinct). Habitat: freshwater.
