Appeared first as above on 30 May, then as Gila microlepidota on 29 Dec. [ref. 157]; then in Ayres 1855:21 [ref. 18923] •Valid as Orthodon microlepidotus (Ayres 1854) -- (Lee et al. 1980:329 [ref. 22416], Page & Burr 1991:69 [ref. 18983], La Rivers 1994:457, 592 [ref. 23389], Gilbert 1998:113-114 [ref. 23395], Fuller et al. 1999:127 [ref. 25838], Moyle 2002:144 [ref. 26449], Nelson et al. 2004:76 [ref. 27807], Scharpf 2005:34 [ref. 28940], Page & Burr 2011:162 [ref. 31215], Page et al. 2013:76 [ref. 32708]).
