Holotype: USNM 353919 [ex OSU 3180]. Paratypes: CAS 28706 (5), OSU 2875 (34), UMMZ 194169 (5), USNM 210967 (5). •Valid as Lampetra minima Bond & Kan 1973 -- (Lee et al. 1980:30 [ref. 22416], Lorion et al. 2000:1019 [ref. 25020], Nelson et al. 2004:48 [ref. 27807], Scharpf 2005:6 [ref. 28940]). •Valid as Entosphenus minimus (Bond & Kan 1973) -- (Yamazaki & Goto 2000:8 [ref. 24514], Lang et al. 2009:48 [ref. 31599], Page & Burr 2011:129 [ref. 31215], Renaud 2011:33 [ref. 31770], Page et al. 2013:48 [ref. 32708]). Current status: Valid as Entosphenus minimus (Bond & Kan 1973). Petromyzontidae. Distribution: Northwestern U.S.A.: upper Klamath River basin, Oregon. Habitat: freshwater.
